生态博物馆利益相关者构成研究——以三江侗族生态博物馆为例

The Study on the Composition of the Stakeholders of Eco-museums Taking the Sanjiang Dong Eio-museum as an Example

以三江侗族生态博物馆为例,在深入调查研究的基础上,明确了利益相关者的基本构成,并通过影响力—反影响力矩阵对其进行分层,在此基础上绘制了三江侗族生态博物馆的利益相关者图谱,以期为构建利益相关者的协调发展机制奠定理论基础。

Taking the Sanjiang Dong Eco-museum as the example and based on the thorough investigation and research,the basic composition of stakeholders was clarified,and stakeholders were classified by using the matrix of influence and anti-influence.Based on this,the stakeholders diagram of Sanjiang Dong Eco-museum was drew to lay theoretical basis for establishing the coordinated development mechanism of the stakeholders.
