摘要
本文基于教育学,心理学原理,提出将差生的称谓改为“问题学生”,并提出了“以科学手段诊断学生行为问题,以情动人感化学生,以目标管理引导学生和以良好的社会心理环境激励学生”等一系列方法。
Based on the fundamentals of pedagogy and psychology, this article suggests that we should change the title of inferior students into 'Troublesome Students', and puts forward a series of measures, such as examining students' behavior problems by scientific means, influencing students by emotions, guiding students by means of target management and encouraging students in a good social psychological environment.
