妇科癌症晚期病人的临终关怀

The terminal care to patients with late stage of cancer in Gynecology

目的:缓解临终病人极度的身心痛苦,维持病人的生活尊严,帮助临终者安宁地度过生命最后阶段,对临终家属提供生理、心理慰藉和支持。方法:通过照顾基本需求、控制疼痛、终极治疗、宗教信仰、心理疏导、对家属的支持六个方面,共同协助患者积极平静度过生命的最后时光。结果:经过临终关怀过的妇科癌症晚期患者安详离开人世。结论:医务人员有责任和义务倡导和推广临终关怀,不仅是社会发展的需要,人类文明进步的标志,也有助于医务人员自身内在力量的成长。

Objective： To ease the pain of temainal cancer patiens in extreme physical and mental, to maintain the dignity of the patient＇ s life, to help them get through the final stage peacefully, to give the families physical, psyeological comfort and support. Mathods： To assistant the terminal cancer patients live their last life time positively and peacefully through taking care of basic needs,controlling pain, the ultimate treatment, religion, psycological counseling, to support the families. Results：All those patients with last stage of cancer in Gynecology passed away peacefully after our temainal care. Conclusion：The medical staff have the resposibility and obligation to advocate and promote terminal care, not only the sing of social development and human being＇ s civilization, progress, but also it will help the medical staff growing up inner power.
