摘要
简要回顾了中国灌排事业的发展，分析了灌排事业发展与粮食生产和农业环境之间的关系及由此引发的环境问题和危害，提出了灌排事业发展需注意的问题。
Development of irrigation and drainage(DID)in China was reviewed in brief.The relationships between DID,grain production,and agricultural environment were analyzed,giving some reasons and the environmental dangers caused by DID.Some necessary countermeasures for DID were also suggested.
