ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对去卵巢大鼠骨形态学影响的观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)对去卵巢大鼠骨形态学的影响。方法:将60只雌性大鼠随机分为去卵巢(OVX)组、17α-炔雌醇(E2)组、小剂量ω-3 PUFA组、中剂量-ω3 PUFA组和大剂量ω-3 PUFA组以及假手术(Sham)组。于用药90 d后,分离大鼠股骨,进行大体测量;分离大鼠胫骨,经光学显微镜观察各组骨小梁的变化。结果:E2组和小剂量ω-3 PUFA组大鼠股骨中段直径增粗较明显,与OVX组比有显著性差异。大鼠去卵巢后骨小梁数量明显减少、排列稀疏、网状结构缺如,各-ω3 PUFA组骨小梁数量均增加,骨小梁之间的连接亦增多,尤以E2组和小剂量-ω3 PUFA组骨小梁数量增多明显。结论:ω-3 PUFA对去卵巢大鼠的骨形态有一定的改善作用。 Objective: To explore the benefit effects of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on bone morphology in ovariectomized(OVX)rats.Methods: 60 virgin female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into 6 groups:①Sham group:deionized water 2 ml/d;②OVX group:OVX+deionized water 2 ml/d;③E2 group:OVX+17α-ethinylestradiol 0.1 mg/(kg·d);④A group:OVX+ω-3 PUFA 75 mg/(kg·d);⑤B group:OVX+ω-3 PUFA 150 mg/(kg·d);⑥C group:OVX+ω-3 PUFA 300 mg/(kg·d).Each group had 10 rats.After feeding for 90 days,the rats were killed,and their femurs and tibias were separated.The femurs were examined by gross measurement and the tibia trabeculae were observed by light microscope. Results: ①Compared with OVX group,the femoral diameter in E2 and A groups augmented obviously(P0.05).② The bone trabeculae in OVX group were scarce,not consistent and incomplete.Those in all medicated groups grew densely and the quantity was increased and connected into net-shaped structure.Conclusion: ω-3 PUFA could improve the bone morphology of OVX rats.
