摘要 肠道不仅是一个消化器官,而且在能量控制和糖内稳态中发挥着巨大的作用。肠道糖异生通过门静脉葡萄糖感受器,信号转导控制食物摄入,从而控制能量摄入,维持血糖稳定,通过增加全身胰岛素敏感性,从而达到糖代谢的内稳态。另外,术前禁食能够诱发肠道糖异生,影响糖代谢,加重术后胰岛素抵抗。术前禁食已受到越来越多人的质疑。 Intestine is much more than a digestive tract,and it plays an important role in control of energy and glucose homeostasis.Intestinal gluconeogenesis,via its detection by a hepatoportal glucose sensor,is able to generate a signal of control of food intake to maintain normal glucose level.Intestinal gluconeogenesis has been suggested to be a key factor of the central enhancement of insulin sensitivity for the whole body.Furthermore,pre-operative fasting can affect glucose metabolism and increased postoperative insulin resistance.
