山东省贵金属矿产资源潜力与开发对策

ANALYSIS OF RESOURCES POTENTIAL AND EXPLOITATION MEASURES OF THE NOBLE METALS IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

山东省是中国岩金的最重要产地，金矿储量、保有储量和年产量３ 项指标，均占全国首位。山东银矿半数以上伴生在金矿当中，也具有可观的储量。随着市场需求量的不断增大，持续稳定开发山东贵金属矿意义重大。山东金、银矿主要产于胶东地区，金矿主要类型是破碎带蚀变岩型的“焦家式”金矿，胶东群地层是其矿源层，由于中生代花岗岩浆活动频繁，区域成矿条件优越，使得胶东地区金矿资源丰富、潜力巨大。贵金属矿产资源量与市场需求量相比相对不足，和资源浪费严重是当前所面临的最为紧迫的问题。笔者提出了３ 个方面的措施： ①增加资金投入是发展贵金属矿业的关键； ②需要国家正确优惠的产业政策及科学与法制的管理； ③不可片面追求产量，加强可持续发展意识。

Shandong Province is the most important producing area of rock gold in China.Its gold reserves,extant reserves and annual output all rank first in the country.There are also considerable silver ore reserves,over half of which are associated with gold ore in the province.Most of the gold and silver ore reserves are found in Jiaodong Peninsula,and the main kind of gold ore whose source bed is the strata of Jiaodong group is called the JIAOJIA kind of crush zone altered rocks.As the granite magma in Mesozoic Era was activated frequently,and the metallogenetic condition was good,there are rich gold reserves and great potentialities in this area.With the increasing demand of the market,it is of the great significance to the exploitation of the noble metal resources steadily and sustainably in Shandong Province.However,the relative inadequate noble metal and waste of resources are the pressing issues confronted.Three measures in coping with these issues are identified: 1) more investment is the key to the development of the noble metal mining industry; 2) preferential industrial policy and scientific and legal administrations are needed; and 3) the consciousness of sustainable development should be strengthened as not to seek output one sidedly.
