摘要
试验采用自行设计和制作的纤维过滤系统,滤床高1.2m,滤料压密度为74.4g·1^(-1)(化学纤维自然干燥堆密度),处理水量为230L·h^(-1)—460L·h^(-1),以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为絮凝剂,结果表明,微絮凝直接纤维过滤对处理低浊水具有明显效果,对于9NTU的低浊水,在PAC投加量为1.65mg·1^(-1),过滤速度为25m·h^(-1)的条件下,即可保证处理后水的浑浊度小于0.5NTU,工作周期可达25h。
This paper studies the effect and relative factors of treating low turbid water by micro-floccula-tion joint direct filtration process of fiber bed. The test was carried out using the self-made fiber filtration system, which the fiber bed was 1.2m, the fiber density in filtration bed is 74.4g·1-1 (the dry density) and the water treatment capacity is 230L·h-1-460L·h-1. The flocculant used was polyaluminum. The results of study show that micro-flocculation and direct filtration process of fiber bed is very suitable for treating low turbid water. For the 9NTU simulated raw water, when PAC dosage is 1.65mg·l-1, filtration rate is 25m, the turbidity of filtrated water can be below 0.5NTU, and the working racycle can reach to 25 hours.
