摘要
目的:观察局灶性脑缺血后非缺血区皮质的扩散性抑制波(SD)。方法:Sprague-Dawley大鼠12只,随机分为光化学诱导组、光化学抑制组、大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)诱导组和MCAO抑制组,每组各3只。前2组制备光化学血栓脑缺血模型,后2组制备MCAO脑缺血模型,光化学抑制组和MCAO抑制组分别于造模前给予MK-801抑制SD。采用电生理学方法记录非缺血区(枕叶皮质)细胞外直流电位变化。结果:光化学诱导组和MCAO诱导组记录到幅度约10~30mV,时程约1~2min的SD,光化学抑制组和MCAO抑制组未记录到SD。结论:局灶性脑缺血诱导的SD传播到非缺血区,这一现象可能与局灶性脑缺血模型中远隔损伤的发生有关。
Objective:To observe spreading depression(SD) in the regions far from the ischemia area of focal cerebral ischemia.Methods:SD waves were elicited by photochemical thrombolytic focal cerebral ischemia and middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) induced cerebral ischemia.In the inhibited groups,MK-801 was intraperitoneally pre-injected.Results:SD waves with an amplitude about 10~30 mV and a duration about 1~2 min were recorded in the induced groups and no SD wave was detected in the inhibited groups.Conclusion:SD waves induced by focal cerebral ischemia can propagate to remote regions.SD may play a part in the remote effects after focal cerebral ischemia.
