阳新县矿产资源现状优势评价及资源承载力分析 被引量:7

摘要 矿产资源是国民经济建设的重要物质基础,是支持和保证工业生产部门发展的物质条件。合理开发利用矿产资源是实现经济可持续发展的重要内容。阳新县是湖北省的矿业大县,矿产资源十分丰富,但随着开发程度的不断加强,资源危机日趋严重。为了充分了解阳新县的矿产资源形势,制定科学合理的开发利用规划,我们采用层次分析法,对阳新县矿产资源的现状进行了定量评价,从30 余种矿产中筛分出8 种优势矿产,其优势排序为铜、钨、铅、锌、膨润土、石灰石、金、钼。并对最具优势的铜矿进行了人口承载力分析,认为其前景亦不容乐观,到2010 年,铜矿资源的供需矛盾将急剧恶化。提出要正确认识本县矿情,要有资源忧患意识,开源节流,合理规划,科学开发,建立资源利用与环境优化模型。 Mineral resources are very important material bases in natural economy construction,especially in various industry departments.To put mineral resources to rational use is the major content of developing social economy continuously.Yangxin County is one of the biggest mining counties in Hubei,but the shortage of mineral resouces becomes more and more serious with a great of mineral having been exploited.In order to find out the current situation and to make scientific exploitation plan of minerals in Yangxin County,research has been done with the method of analytic hierarchy process.The results reveal that among more than 30 minerals,8 minerals have advanteges over others.According to the value calculated with the method of analytic hierarchy process,this 8 mineral can be put in the following sequence:copper,wolfram,lead,zinc,expansion soil,limestone,gold and molybdenum.the bearing capacity per capita of copper,which has the most superiority among the minerals in Yangxin County,was analyzed in detail.The results show that the shortage of copper will be very serious in 2010.Therefor,it is very important for people to understand the current situation and the shortage of the mineral resources,to plan and exploit rationally and scientifically.Only when those mentioned above have been realized that the mineral resources can be utilized for long.
