果酸换肤治疗痤疮的疗效观察

Clinical effects observation of alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins for acne

目的:观察果酸治疗痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:共入选35例痤疮患者,对其进行四次系列果酸换肤,采用自身前后对照进行疗效观察。结果:痊愈率34%,显效率57%,总有效率100%,炎症性丘疹和黑头粉刺明显减少。结论:果酸治疗痤疮是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety in the treatment of acne by alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins.Methods 35 patients with acne were treated with four times of alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins.The clinical effects were evaluated before and after the treatment to observe the clinical effects.Results 34% patients were cured after 4 treatment,57% patients were greatly improved.The effective rate was 100%.The number of the inflammatory papules and comedones decreased obviously.Conclusion alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins was an effective and safety treatment for acne.
