摘要
研究了小麦细胞在含有0 ,50 μmol·L-1 镉的MS培养液中,提高磷浓度(05 ,15 ,35 m mol·L- 1) 对细胞内磷、镉、锌浓度及磷、镉、锌在细胞壁、液泡、细胞质内含量分布的影响.提高介质供磷水平促进了细胞的生长,但降低镉、锌两种元素在细胞中的含量.增磷还能降低镉和锌在细胞壁、液泡和细胞质中含量.结果表明,较高浓度的磷和镉分布于细胞壁.小麦细胞的液泡也积累了一定量的镉.锌在液泡中的浓度大于其在细胞质和细胞壁中的浓度.上述结果表明。
Suspension cultured wheat cells were exposed to threelevels of phosphorus (0 5,1 5 ,3 5 mmol·L- 1) andtwolevelsofcadmium (0,50μmol·L- 1) with a 7 day period,andtheconcentration of phosphorus,cadmium and zincinthecells,cell wall,vacuolesandcytoplasm wereexamined.Asthe phos phoruscontentincreasedthe uptake ofcadmium andzincdecreased.However,anincrease ofcellsgrowth wasobserved.Thecontentofcadmium and zincin cell wall,cytoplasm and vacuoles also decreased with theincreaseofphosphorus.Theresultssuggestedthat mostofPand Cd wasassociated withcellwall,and zinc wasaccumulated mainlyinthe vacuoles.
