摘要
目的:了解塑化治疗根管再治疗时影响根管疏通的因素。方法:收集有塑化治疗史而需要重新根管治疗的牙齿68例,记录临床症状和牙位,拍初始X线片记录根尖情况。运用手术显微镜和超声治疗仪进行根管再治疗,记录根管的疏通情况。结果:68例病例189个根管中131个根管完全疏通,48例病例成功进行再治疗,前磨牙15例,磨牙29例。结论:在显微镜和超声治疗仪的帮助下,患牙根尖病变情况,2次治疗间隔时间以及牙位均对再治疗牙的根管疏通有显著影响,对治疗成功率有显著影响。
Objective： To study how to remove the FR resin from the resinifying treated teeth and renegotiate the canals. Methods： A total of 68 resinified teeth that need retreatment were collected. The symptoms and radiography outcome were recorded. The coronal portion of resinified root canals were negotiated with ultrasonic instruments under dental operating microscope. Results： It was found that 44 cases were successfully retreated, and 24 cases failed （including 3 cases perforated and 2 cases file broken）. All of the premolars were successfully retreated. The successful rate with apical radiolucent area was significantly higher than that of no apical radiolucency （P0.05）. Conclusion： The results showed that the length of two-treatment interval, apical lesion and teeth positions had significant effects on the success rate of the retreatment.
