压铸模的横浇道和内浇口与型腔有许多连接方式,这里比较全面系统地研究了32种连接方式的图形结构、充填性能和其他性能,并进行了对比分析探讨,对设计压铸模具工艺时选用适宜的连接方式具有借鉴意义。

There exist many different connection ways for riser-ingate with cavity in the die casting die.Graphic structure,filling behavior and other properties of thirty two connection ways were analyzed comparatively,which provided a reference for choosing connection way in design of die casting die.
