摘要
本文构造了顺流式回路型热虹吸管制冷除湿系统,在气体流动方向上实现了被除湿气体的预冷和再热。分析了除湿能力及表冷器能耗与进口空气状态的关系。实验与分析表明,在高温高湿环境下,热虹吸管能够显著增强除湿系统的除湿能力,提高单位功率的除湿量,具有显著的节能效果。
A new kind of dehumidication system with the thermosyphon is proposed, which can pre-eool and re-heat the moist gas along the gas flow direction. The results show that in the hot and humid environment, the dehumidieating capacity of the thermosyphon dehumidieation system is greatly enhanced and the dehumidiealing equality per power cost increases, an apparent energy saveing effect is gettcd.
