摘要 磷脂酰肌醇蛋白多糖-3(glypican-3,GPC-3)在肝癌(HCC)发生中介导多种信号通路,对活化途径进行干预,可抑制HCC发生;它具有癌胚胎性蛋白特性,有望成为肝癌靶向治疗的目标。 Glypican-3(GPC-3) mediated oncogenesis is involved into signal pathways during the malignant transformation of hepatocyte carcinogenesis,and GPC-3 may inhibit the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is a promising targeted-molecule for HCC therapy.
