粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)是一种促进粒细胞增殖的细胞因子,被广泛应用于各种原因引起的粒细胞减少症并取得了较好的疗效。随着干细胞技术研究的进展,G-CSF作为干细胞动员剂,也得到了广泛的应用。近年来发现G-CSF对肝脏有保护作用,能够修复受损的肝脏。本文旨在对G-CSF动员骨髓干细胞治疗肝脏疾病进行概述。

Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（G-CSF） is a specific hematopoietic regulating growth factor in granulocyte lineage.It can be widely used to treat different kinds of granulocytopenia and good effect was received.Accompanying with the progress of stem cell research,G-CSF was widely applied as the mobilization agent in the field of stem cell.In recent years,we found that G-CSF had protective effect on the liver,and could repair the demaged liver.G-CSF mobilizing bone marrow stem cells to treat liver disease was reviewed in this article.
