摘要
高校体育课体能训练的开展形式主要由体操、田径、拓展等项目组成,通过多年的教学实践发现,在认知与参与上学生普遍存在误区,且积极性不高,需要教师针对体能课在内容、形式与实施上调动学生的兴趣,营造一个快乐的学习情境,使学生在体能课上也能获得快乐与成功的体验。
PE classs consists of gymnastics,field and track,extension courses. Through a few years teaching practices of college PE courses,I found that students have been having a wrong idea in the aspect of congnition and showing few interests, which needs teachers trigger their interests to create a pleasant learning environment in the contents, forms and practices of PE courses so that students can achieve pleasure and experience of success.
