乳化液泵站变频自动化控制技术是针对乳化液泵站的工况监测所设计,可以实时反映泵站的基本工作状态,控制泵站的运行工作,有效地延长泵站的正常工作周期以及泵站使用寿命。该系统满足现有煤矿综合自动化生产的需求,对煤矿安全生产、节能增效有着重大意义。
Frequency conversion automatic control system of emulsion pump is designed by the working monitoring, it can reflect the basic working state of the emulsion pump real-time, control the operation of pump , prolong the normal work cycle and using life of pump stations. This system satisfies the existing for the coal in automation production, and it is significant for the coal safety, energy saving and effieieney.
