大型烧结机整粒自动控制系统的实现

400m2烧结机是济钢近年来兴建的重点工程项目。其中的整粒系统采用了较为新颖的控制方法,通过AB公司的Controllogix5563 PLC实现了工艺流程监控、故障诊断、报警及记录、过程趋势归档等功能。本文系统阐述了整粒控制系统的构架以及控制思路,为同类项目的建设提供了良好的借鉴作用。

Sinter of 400 square meters was constructed as an important project in Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Group Co. Ltd. The control system of its Crushing and finishing granule of mass material was designed in a new way. Using the PLC product of Allen-Bradley company, Controllogix5563 ,the system have many functions. Such as process control, fault diagnosis, alarm logging and trend logging. The passage is a dissertation about the system construction and control method. It can be used as a reference for similar project.
