新疆汉、哈萨克族原发性高血压与心房利钠肽基因多态性研究 被引量:1

Association of gene polymorphism of atrial natriuretic peptide with essential hypertension in Han and Kazakh population in Xingjiang

摘要 目的:探讨新疆汉族、哈萨克族人群心房利钠肽(atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP)基因T2238C多态性与原发性高血压的关联性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应限制性内切酶方法检测ANP基因T2238C多态性,其中汉族高血压组205例,对照组260例;哈萨克族高血压组218例,对照组232例。结果:新疆汉族、哈萨克族人群ANP基因T2238C多态CC,TC,TT基因型分布频率高血压组分别为0.04,0.72,0.24;0.02,0.48,0.50;对照组分别为0.01,0.75,0.24;0.03,0.53,0.44。C及T等位基因分布频率高血压组分别为0.40,0.60;0.26,0.74;对照组分别为0.39,0.61;0.29,0.71。ANP基因T2238C多态CC,TC,TT基因型分布频率在汉族高血压组及对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);C及T等位基因分布在2个民族高血压组与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。新疆汉族、哈萨克族人群CC+TC基因型收缩压高于TT基因型(P〈0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,汉族人群中携带CC+TC基因型者发生高血压的风险增加(OR=1.48,95%CI:1.18~1.86)。结论:ANP基因T2238C多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压相关,可能与新疆哈萨克族高血压无关。 Objective To investigate the association of gene polymorphism of atrial natriuretic peptide with essential hypertension in Han and Kazakh nationality.Methods The polymorphism of T2238C was detected with polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism in 205 Han hypertensive patients and 260 normal controls,218 Kazakh hypertensive patients and 232 normal controls.Results The frequencies of T2238C genotypes of CC,TC and TT were 0.04,0.72 and 0.24 in Han hypertensive patients and 0.01,0.75 and 0.24 in control group;0.02,0.48 and 0.50 in Kazakh hypertensive patients,0.03,0.53 and 0.44 in control group respectively.The frequencies of C and T were 0.40 and 0.60,and 0.26 and 0.74 in hypertensive group;0.39 and 0.61,and 0.29 and 0.71 in control group.There was significant difference in genotypes between patients and normal controls in Han population(P0.05).There was no significant difference in allele frequencies in Han and Kazakh population(P0.05).The systolic blood pressure of CC+TC genotype was higher than that of the TT genotype in Han and Kazakh population(P0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that those carrying CC+TC genotype had an increased risk of hypertension in Han population(OR=1.48,95%CI=1.18 to 1.86).Conclusion T2238C polymorphism of atrial natriuretic peptide gene may be associated with hypertension in Han population but not in Kazakh population in Xinjiang.
