摘要
目的:观察捆绑式胰胃吻合术预防胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的效果。方法:回顾性分析134例行捆绑式胰胃吻合胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料。结果:术后发生淋巴瘘4例,胃排空障碍9例,上消化道出血1例,切口裂开5例,无手术死亡病例,未发生胰瘘。出院3～6个月67例复查胃镜示胰胃吻合口愈合良好。结论:捆绑式胰胃吻合术在预防胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘方面具有明显的优势。
Objective To observe the effect of binding pancreaticogastrostomy on preventing pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods The clinical data of 134 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenctomy and binding pancreaticogastrostomy were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results After operation,lympho-leakage occurred in 4 cases,delayed gastric emptying in 9 cases,upper digestive tract hemorrhage in 1 case,and disruption of wound in 5 cases.No death or pancreatic leakage occurred.The endoscopic results in 3 to 6 months after discharge showed a satisfactory healing of the anastomotic stoma in 67 cases.Conclusion The binding pancreaticogastrostomy has an outstanding advantage in preventing pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
