慢性丙型肝炎与2型糖尿病关系研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:调查慢性丙型肝炎患者2型糖尿病的发病情况,探讨慢性丙型肝炎与2型糖尿病的关系。方法:比较155例慢性丙型肝炎患者,280例慢性乙型肝炎患者以及同期住院肝功能正常、无肝炎病毒感染患者159例(对照A组)2型糖尿病发病率;另对120例2型糖尿病患者和513名健康体检者(对照B组)进行慢性丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)检测,比较这2组HCV感染率。结果:慢性丙型肝炎患者2型糖尿病发病率为19.35%,明显高于慢性乙型肝炎组8.93%和对照A组7.55%(P<0.05);2型糖尿病患者和对照B组HCV感染率分别为1.67%和0.39%,2组HCV感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性丙型肝炎患者2型糖尿病发生率高,HCV感染可能是2型糖尿病发生的一个影响因子。
