摘要
本文通过对信息通晓的概念、内容及技能的阐释,阐述了馆员信息通晓培育与馆员信息能力拓展的内在关联及时代要求,对图书馆信息创新服务具有一定的实践指导意义。
based on the concepts, contents and skills of fluency with information, the article expatiates the inner relations and the requirements of the times for the librarians＇ cultivation of fluency with information and development of information competence, having a theoretical and practical significance for libraries to create new ways for information service.
