METHODS FOR SEPARATING ISOMERS AND OPTICAL EANATIOMERS USING LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 Methods for separating 1-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl) 4, 4-dimethyl 1-2(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl) 1-penten-3-ol isomers and D,L-tryptophan enantiomers using HPTLC and TLC were investigated. The effects on Separation made by different nonchiral mobile phase, chiral mobile phase and two different shapes of plates were studied. Useful separation was obtained forstereoisomers, and the resolution of D, L-tryptophan was good by using chiral mobile phase additive(D-quinia).
