提高高校图书馆服务,主要包括:招收高素质的图书馆员,提高图书馆员的整体文化修养;加强图书馆员的职业道德培养;加强图书馆员的业务水平培训;实行有效的奖罚机制四方面内容。通过这些方法,可以提高图书馆服务质量,更好的为广大高校师生服务。

Improve the service of University Library ,including four aspects,such as：recruit librarians with highly qualified, improve the cultural of librarians; strengthen the Professional Ethics Training of Librariles; strengthen the training levels of librarians; implement effective reward and punishment mechanism. Through these methods, we can contribute to better services of library for the college teachers and students.
