棘突间动态稳定系统在腰椎退变性疾病应用中的短期疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统在腰椎退变性疾病治疗中的短期疗效。方法采用Wallis系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄症患者共30例(33个间隙),L3~48个间隙,L4~525个间隙。观察手术操作过程、手术用时、术中出血量及术后早期恢复情况,并在手术前后进行疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果 30例患者均获7~19个月,平均(16.5±0.4)个月随访,术后7dVAS评分由术前的(8.1±1.5)分降至(2.7±0.5)分,ODI评分由术前的(42.0±2.0)分降至(24.0±1.5)分(P<0.01)。结论 Wallis系统治疗腰椎退变性疾病手术操作安全简单,组织损伤小,早期效果好。
