摘要
A stable defoamer was prepared which main raw was the dimethyl silicone oil.The Conditions of prepared had been studied such as emulsifier application,stabilizer type,emulsified time,stirring speed and emulsified temperature.The Product performance was tested.The results showed that a defoamer could be made at 60℃,stirring speed at 2000r/min and the mixed was stirred about 0.5h,the mixture was contained the SDS,AEO-9,TBP,CMC,silicon dioxide but its main parts was the dimethyl silicone oil and the water.The better product stability,better heat,better alkali-resistant,and better anti-foaming nature were detected.
