摘要
高职英语教育,教师需要在了解学生情况的基础,调整自我心态,改进教学方法,与学生建立和谐的关系,树立学生的自信心,并时刻注意进行教学反思以及引导学生进行学习反思,从而达到有效教学的目的。
To achieve English effective teaching purposes in higher vocational colleges, the author believes that the teacher should constantly adopt himself and improve his teaching methods on the basis of a well understanding of the students, establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship, building up students＇ confidence and realizing the importance of self reflection.
