基于SE-DEA模型的新疆环保投入效率分析

摘要 本文根据数据包络分析的原理,基于新疆最近十年的环保投入与产出数据,采用SE-DEA模型来对新疆维吾尔自治区十年来环保投入效率进行分析,结果表明:过去的十年里,新疆大部分年份的环保投入效率是相对有效的,并且相对稳定。2001年以前新疆环保投入效率的突出问题为投入规模效率很低,2001年以后新疆环保效率的突出问题是规模过大,技术水平较低。因此,当前新疆环保投入的首要问题是控制现有规模,大幅度提高环保投入的技术水平。 According to DEA's theory, based on the last decade of environmental input and output data in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the SE-DEA model was used to analysis the efficiency of environmental protection input in Xinjiang. We can draw the conclusion that the efficiency of environmental protection input in Xinjiang was efficient and relatively stable over the last decade. Before the year 5001, the outstanding prooblem about the efficiency of environmental protection input in Xinjiang was the low input scale. After that, the problem was replaced by the poor technical level. Therefore, the most important issue of environmental protection input in Xinjiang is to control the current size of input and improve the technological leve! of environmental protection input.
