摘要
采用电化学方法并结合热处理在导电玻璃表面制备含锐钛矿和金红石2 种晶型的TiO2薄膜,测试了不同晶相组成薄膜的光催化活性及其半导体空间电荷电容. 结果表明:2 种晶相的质量比取决于热处理温度;当锐钛矿与金红石的质量比为7 3 时,光催化降解效率最高,同时具有比单一晶相更高的掺杂浓度. 这种混晶经PbS敏化后光催化降解苯胺,1 h 的降解率可达93 % .
The hydrated Ti(Ⅳ) oxide was electrodeposited on SnO 2 conducting glass from TiCl 3 solution and converted into TiO 2 films containing anatase and rutile by annealing. The mass ratio of the two crystalloids depended on the annealing temperature. Photocatalytic degradation experiments of aniline indicated that about 93% aniline was degraded with PbS sensitied TiO 2 film consisted of 70% anatase and 30% rutile under 1 h illumination.
