摘要
本文介绍了用浓硝酸在200 ℃下溶解样品,同时把锇氧化成易挥发的氧化物离去并用氢氧化钠吸收,残液用ICP-AES测定的方法。方法检测限为0.005~0.134 μg·m L- 1 ,回收率为91% ~112% ,精密度小于3% ,同时测定18种杂质元素,具有简单快速和准确度高的优越性。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method has been developed for the determination of impurities in osmium powder.The sample was dissolved in nitric acid at 150—200 ℃.Osmium was oxided and its oxide vapour was absorbed by NaOH.The residual solution was then analyzed by ICP AES.The determination limit of the method is 0 005—0 134 μg·mL -1 .The recovery range of the method is 91%—112%.The precision of the method is less than 3%.This method can be used to determine 18 elements simultaneously.It is simple,rapid and precise.
