An Adaptive Strategy Based on Simulated Annealing for Location Area Planning

摘要 提出一种基于模拟退火的新算法来划分位置区,采取自适应策略来调节位置区数目,并结合有效设计的模拟退火算子,克服了通常算法易陷入局部最优解的弊端,提高了算法的搜索效率.数据仿真实验表明了算法的有效性. It proposes a new algorithm based on simulated annealing(SA),using an adaptive strategy to regulate the number of location areas for LAP,combined with the effective design of simulated annealing operator.The new algorithm overcomes the problem of getting the local optimum with usual algorithms,and improves search efficiency.Computer simulation verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
