摘要 研究了铜催化C—O偶联反应,实现了3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇的芳基化,碘化亚铜/1,10-菲罗啉组成的催化体系,适用于芳基碘化物和溴化物,获得50%~95%的收率,反应条件温和,同时,将3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇的芳基化应用于酚化合物合成。 Arylation of 3-methylbut-2-en-l-ol was accomplished with the corresponding aryl iodides and bromides under mild conditions (yields = 50 %--95 %). CuI/1,10-phenanthroline was used as catalyst to achieve the C-O cross-coupling. 3-methylbut-2-en-l-ol can be used as water surrogate to synthesize phenols.
