摘要
研究了汽车制造企业如何从众多零部件供应商中选择优质的合作伙伴参与新产品的开发,介绍了评价和选择供应商的方法。基于供应链管理和营销学理论,分析了供应商参与新产品开发的必要性,按照供应商的不同重要性,对供应商进行分类,对每一级别供应商设计评价指标体系,并通过组合权重法确定权重,通过灰色关联度法得到供应商的排名,继而选择供应商。最后,通过实证研究验证该评价方法。
The way to select and evaluate suitable auto parts suppliers who participate in the development of new products was introduced in this paper. Employing the theories of industry chain and marketing, we analyzed the necessity of suppliers to participate in new product development. On such a basis, we divided suppliers into different types according to their degree of importance, and designed corresponding evaluating indexes. And we determined their weight through combined weight-determination, and got their rankings by the grey degree of association analysis (GDAA). Such an evaluating method was proved by examples.
