摘要
以板状刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、鳞片石墨、Al粉、Zn粉为原料,酚醛树脂为结合剂,固定Al粉加入量(w)为4.0%,制备了Al-Zn复合Al2O3-C质试样,研究了Zn粉加入量(其质量分数分别为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对材料1 000和1 500℃下抗氧化性的影响。结果表明:加入Zn可明显改善材料的抗氧化性,当Zn粉加入量从0增至2.0%(w)时,1 000和1 500℃氧化后的氧化层厚度分别从8.5 mm减至3.5~1.4 mm,从6.0mm减至4.1~2.4 mm。材料抗氧化性提高的原因在于:Al、Al4C3和AlN以及Zn在氧化条件下生成的氧化产物相互反应,生成了锌铝尖晶石,形成致密的氧化保护层,阻止了氧气的进入。
Al2O3-C specimens containing Al-Zn were prepared using tabular alumina,α-Al2O3 micropowder,flake graphite,Al powder and Zn powder as starting materials,and phenolic resin as binder.With 4.0%(mass percent) Al addition,the effects of Zn addition(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%) on oxidation resistance at 1 000 ℃ and 1 500 ℃ were studied.The results show:(1)the oxidation resistance of Al2O3-C material containing Al-Zn is improved noticeably with addition of Zn;with Zn addition increasing from 0 to 2.0%,the thickness of oxidized layer after oxidation at 1 000 ℃ and 1 500 ℃ is reduced,respectively,from 8.5 mm to 3.5-1.4 mm and from 6.0 mm to 4.1-2.4 mm;(2)the oxidation resistance of Al2O3-C material containing Al-Zn is superior because the oxidation products of Al,Al4C3,AlN,and Zn(Al2O3 and ZnO) react with each other forming a dense protective layer of spinel(ZnAl2O4),preventing O2 infiltration into the specimens.
