摘要
采用高压釜蒸压法对镁钙砂进行抗水化试验,研究了试样粒度(1-2、2-3、3-5 mm)、试样量(5、10 g)、盛装试样的烧杯大小(50、10 mL)以及盛装试样的烧杯加盖与否对镁钙砂水化后质量增加率的影响。结果表明:1)高压釜蒸压法的精密度和重复性均很好,是一种检测镁钙砂抗水化性的实用且可靠的方法。2)镁钙砂粒度对检测结果影响较大,随着镁钙砂粒度的增大,其水化后质量增加率减小。3)试样量及盛装试样的烧杯大小对镁钙砂水化后质量增加率影响不大。4)盛装试样的烧杯加盖与否对镁钙砂水化后质量增加率影响较大,加盖时质量增加率小,不加盖时质量增加率大。
Influences of specimen particle sizes(1-2,2-3,and 3-5 mm),specimen masses(5 and 10 g),beaker volumes(50 and 10 mL),and beaker cover on mass increment rate of magnesia-calcia clinker after hydrating were investigated using high-pressure autoclave expansion method.The results show that:(1)the high-pressure autoclave expansion method,with good precision and repeatability,is a practical and reliable method to test the hydration resistance of magnesia-calcia clinker;(2)grain size of magnesia-calcia clinker has great influence on the test results,and with grain size of magnesia-calcia clinker increasing,the mass increment rate of the material decreases;(3)the specimen mass and beaker volume have little influence on the mass increment rate;(4)the beaker cover has great influence on the mass increment rate,when the beaker is covered,the mass increment rate is small,otherwise,is big.
