摘要
目的观察先天性人巨细胞病毒感染婴儿脑干听觉诱发电位(brainstem auditory evoked potential,BAEP)的变化及其临床价值。方法收集本院2007年5月至2010年5月经病原学诊断为先天性人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalo-virus,HCMV)感染的新生儿及婴儿296例进行BAEP测定,并对BAEP结果进行分析。结果本组先天性HCMV感染婴儿BAEP异常率为25.3%,多为周围段听路损害,新生儿期HCMV感染患儿BAEP异常率高于其他组,BAEP异常患儿性别、居住环境、年龄间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.831、0.313、3.976,P>0.05)。结论新生儿期HCMV感染更易导致听力损害,因此,对先天性HCMV感染婴儿进行早期BAEP检测能早期评估婴儿听神经系统的感觉功能,及时发现听力损害,有利于指导早期系统干预治疗。
Objective To investigate the relationship between among neonates and infants with congenital human cytomegalovirus infection and their abnormal brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) and explore the clinical significance.Methods A total of 296 neonates and infants with etiologically identified human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) received BAEP examination in our hospital from May,2007 to May,2010.The results of BAEP were analyzed with their gender,inhabited environment and ages.Results The rate of abnormal BAEP was 25.3% in the subjected 296 HCMV patients.Most of them showed peripheral auditory pathway impairment.The abnormal rate was higher in the neonates than in the infants.The rate of abnormal BAEP had no relationship with the sex,inhabited environment and age in congenital HCMV infection(Chi sqaure=0.831,0.313,3.976,P0.05).Conclusion It is valuable to evaluate BAEP for neonates and infants with congenital HCMV infection as early as possible.It will be helpful to carry out a therapeutic intervention earlier in clinic.
