摘要
目的:研究心肌缺血不同的时间段血浆和尿液中心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)含量的变化规律,探讨其在早期诊断急性心肌梗死方面的价值。方法:在结扎兔心脏左冠状动脉制作急性心肌缺血动物模型,采用ELISA法检测心肌缺血不同时间段血浆和尿液中H-FABP的浓度。结果:在兔心肌缺血15m in时,血浆和尿液中H-FABP含量即有升高,并且随着心肌缺血时间延长,血浆和尿液中H-FABP的浓度在缺血4h达最高值,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义。结论:血浆和尿液中H-FABP含量在早期心肌缺血时皆有升高,二者对早期急性心肌梗死都具有诊断价值。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of heart-type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)for early diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction,and to compare the content of heart-type fatty acid binding protein in rabbit plasma and urine at different stages of acute myocardial ischemia.METHOD:The rabbit model of myocardial ischemia was induced by ligating the anterior branch of the left coronary artery,the content of H-FABP in rabbit plasma and urine at different stages of acute myocardial ischemia were detected with the ELISA method.RESULTS: When the myocardial ischemia lasts for 15 min,the H-FABP content in the plasma and the urine namely has elevated.And along with the expansion of myocardial ischemia time,the H-FABP content all gradually advances in the plasma and the urine,the H-FABP density in ischemia for 3 hours reaches highest in the plasma,but the H-FABP density ischemia for 4 hours reach the maximum.There was obvious statistical difference between in the urine ischemia groups and control groups.CONCLUSIONS:Plasma and urine H-FABP levels in early myocardial ischemia are elevated,both can be used in the diagnosis of the early Acute Myocardial Infarction.
