摘要
数字射频存储器(DRFM)采用高速采样和数字存储作为其技术基础,具有对射频信号的存储和再现功能,在雷达回波信号发生器中得到广泛应用。本文首先介绍了数字射频存储器(DRFM)的基本工作原理、组成结构、主要性能指标,以及常用的结构形式,并且分析了影响其性能指标的各种因素。然后论述了DRFM在某目标模拟器设计中的具体应用,最后介绍了DRFM在设计中应该注意的一些事项。
Digital RF memory ( DRFM ), based on high-speed sampling and digital storage technology, has the function of RF signal storage and reproduction. It is used widely in the radar echo signal generator. This paper introduces the principle, structure, performance indicators of DRFM, and analyzes the factors affecting its performance. The application of DRFM in a specific target simulator is discussed. Finally, some issues which should be paid attention to during the design phase are given.
