摘要
以同步降压DC/DC控制器芯片TPS54615、TPS54616为核心,设计了一款FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)供电模块。该模块充分利用了内部集成FETs、效率高的特点,使系统可以大大提高空间利用率,硬件结构简单。文中介绍了TPS54616的主要性能,并重点阐述了基于TPS54616的FPGA供电模块的电路设计和PCB设计的方法,并生产出样机,目前在产品中得到应用。
A kind of Synchronous Bulk DC/DC Conversion module is designed for FPGA power supply, based on CMOS chip TPS54615/TPS54616. It makes full use of the inside integrated synchronous-buck PWM converters and high conversion efficiency to rise up the system's space using rate. It makes the system's hard-ware design very simple. The inside structure and operation principle of TPS54615/TPS54616 is introduced, the circuit design method and the PCB design method of the module which has been developed and used in productions is given.
