摘要
用Licor-6400便携式光合作用测定仪测定了不同橡胶树品系的光合特性对光照强度和CO2浓度变化的响应特性。结果表明,随着光照强度和CO2浓度升高,所有橡胶树品系的光合速率均有明显增大;PB86的净光合速率最大,为15.15μmol.m-2s-1、热研88-13为14.95μmol.m-2s-1、RRIM600为14.90μmol.m-2s-1,云研77-4为10.16μmol.m-2s-1,其中PB86、热研88-13、RRIM600最大净光合速率高出云研77-4近50%。对光合参数的综合分析表明PB86、RRIM600的光能利用率较高,但是对水分需求量较大,光补偿点较低,对弱光的利用能力较强的品系;云研77-4、云研77-2光能利用率较低,但水分利用率相对其他品系较高,别为0.847和0.871,对干旱半干旱地区有较强的适应能力。
The photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties of rubber budding trees to light intensity and CO2 concentration were measured with Licor-6400 photosynthesis measuring system.The results showed that photosynthesis rate increased with the light intensity and CO2 concentration.The maximum photosynthetic rate of varieties of PB86,Reyan88-13,and RRIM600 were nearly 50 % higher than that of Yunyan77-4 and Yunyan77-2.PB86,RRIM600,showed higher light use potential,the light compensation point of PB86 and RRIM600 was low,showing higher ability of utilizing low light.But their water use efficiency was low.The water use efficiency of Yunyan77-4 and Yunyan77-2 was relatively higher,and were more adapted to the arid and semi-arid regions.
