摘要
小麦条锈菌DNA的提取对于研究条锈菌遗传群体结构,条锈菌遗传多样性以及揭示条锈菌群体类型和预测优势小种的流行,具有重要的意义。但是常规的病原菌DNA提取首先需要获得大量的病原物纯化体,再对病原物进行DNA提取,费时费力。本文直接对含有条锈菌的小麦叶片标样进行DNA提取,从中获得条锈菌的DNA,用于后续研究。既节省了大量的人力、物力和财力,又为快速检测和获得所需的DNA提供了参考方法,为快速了解病原菌的群体遗传结构变化和毒性演化的规律创造了可行性,为深入研究小麦条锈菌群体生物学和流行学奠定了基础。
It was very important in DNA extraction from pathogen for researching genetic diversity and colony configuration of pathogen.It was useful in DNA extraction from pathogen for forecasting dominance race of Puccinia striiformis as well as the pathogen heredity multiple research.But the conventional methods of DNA extraction from pathogen first need a mass of purification pathogen.In this method,the extraction DNA of Puccinia striiformis from wheat leaf was designed for PCR Detection and research.A large of manpower and property were saved.And so on,it was helpful to rapidly understand genetic pathogen and lucubrate the foundation of Puccinia striiformis race epidemiology.
