摘要
对采自云南丽江玉龙雪山的毛柄长奥德蘑[Oudemansiella caussei(Maire)Moser ex Clémenson]在不同碳源、不同氮源、不同温度及不同酸碱度的条件下进行了初步培养研究。结果表明,毛柄长奥德蘑菌丝能利用多种碳、氮源,其中以葡萄糖为碳源、牛肉膏为氮源菌丝生长速度最快;菌丝生长的最适pH为7,最适温度为24℃。在7种不同添富培养基中,玉米粉对菌丝有明显的促进作用,且长势旺盛。
This paper mainly studied on the effects of optimal carbon sources,nitrogen sources,temperature and pH on mycelia growth of O.caussei picked up from Yulong snow mountain,Lijiang county,Yunnan province.The result showed that the mycelia of O.caussei could absorb a lots of carbon and nitrogen sources.But the optimal carbon source was glucose,and the optimal nitrogen source was beef powder,the optimal pH was 7,the optimal temperature was 24 ℃.To add seven nutritional materials in the manual medium,the optimal material was maize meal,the hypha growth was exuberant.
