摘要
本试验采用SDS-PAGE浓缩胶浓度为7.5%,分离胶浓度分别为8%、10%、15%、14%、16%的凝胶系统,探讨不同分离胶浓度条件下槟榔胚蛋白亚基的分离效果。结果表明,分离胶浓度对亚基电泳分辨率的影响非常明显。当浓缩胶浓度为7.5%,分离胶浓度为12%时,槟榔胚蛋白亚基的分离效果最好,可以得到10条清晰的亚基条带。
The effect of separation gel concentrations on areca embryo storage protein subunits was studied by the sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) in this paper.The results showed that the separating effect of areca embryo storage protein subunits could be greatly affected by the concentration change of separation gel.The optimum separating effect of areca embryo storage protein could be obtained when the separation gel concentration was 12 %,and ten subunits were obtained in the gel.
