云南不同地区BmNPV对家蚕致病力的研究 被引量:26

摘要 为研究家蚕病毒弱毒株系对强毒株系的交互保护作用,探索利用弱毒苗添食防治家蚕病毒病,试验收集了8种云南不同地区的BmNPV多角体,经纯化后,配制成102~108个/ML7种浓度多角体悬浮液,分别添食3龄起蚕,每种病毒的每种浓度为1个处理,每个处理3个重复小区,每小区30头蚕,调查记录各区蚕死亡头数,连续调查至供试蚕上蔟,累计死亡头数,计算各区蚕死亡率。参照吉田的方法计算其LC。结果表明,8种云南不同地区家蚕核型多角体病毒对家蚕致死中浓度由大到小依次为BmNPV(Heqing)〉(BmNPV(Xiangyun)〉(BmNPV(Mengzi)〉(BmNPV(Qiaojia)〉(BmNPV(Luliang)〉(BmNPV(Mojiang)〉(BmNPV(Zhanyu)〉(BmNPV(Baoshan)。毒力最强的是保山株,其对3龄起蚕的致死中浓度为5.75×104个/mL,次强是沾益株和墨江株同在一个数量级,陆良株、巧家株和蒙自株中等在同一个数量级,其次是祥云株,最弱为鹤庆株,LC50为8.81×109个/mL,其与最强的保山株(LC50为5.75×104个/mL)相差5个数量级。 In order to study cross-protection of BmNPV and control Bombyx mori virus disease,eight kinds of BmNPV polyhedra in different areas of Yunnan were collected.After purification,the virulence of BmNPV was tested.LC50 was calculated with Yoshida's method.The results showed that BmNPV(Baoshan) was the most virulent strains,and the virulence of BmNPV(Heqing) was the weakest.
