提高中国对东盟水果出口的政策与对策研究

Policies and Measurements on Improving Chinese Fruit Output to ASEAN Countries

简要介绍了中国与东盟水果贸易情况,研究分析了中国—东盟水果贸易现行的相关政策与措施,针对中国对东盟水果出口中存在的水果质量安全标准不完善、商检费过高、出口激励政策不足、组织化程度不高等问题,提出了深入研究中国—东盟水果供求环境与贸易政策、增强对东盟水果出口竞争力、加大对东盟水果出口政策支持等对策措施。

The fruit trade between China and ASEAN was briefly introduced and the current policies,measurements and problems about China-ASEAN fruit trade were analyzed.The main problems of Chinese fruit output to ASEAN countries were as follows： incomplete fruit quality safety standards,high cost of commodity inspection fee,weak incentive policies of fruit output,low level of fruit trade organization,etc.According to the existing problems,some available policies and measurements on improving Chinese fruit output to ASEAN countries were put forward,viz.comprehensively studying environment of fruit supply and demand and trade policies between China-ASEAN,improving competitiveness of Chinese fruit output to ASEAN,supplying more incentive polices and measurements to encourage Chinese fruit output to ASEAN,etc.
