摘要
剪取4~5月份生长健壮且腋芽丰富的红树莓枝条,以腋芽为外植体,建立高效快速的组织培养体系,以获得大量优质的组培苗。筛选出红莓最佳诱导培养基MS+6-BA(1.0 mg/L)+NAA(0.02 mg/L)+GA3(4 mg/L),最佳快繁培养基MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.05 mg/L)+GA3(6 mg/L),最佳生根培养基MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.1 mg/L)。
To establish a plantlet regeneration system of Rubus idaeus L.,healthy shoots with enough axillary buds were harvested in April and May to obtain a large number of high quality seedlings in a short time.An optimum induction medium MS+6-BA(1.0 mg/L) +NAA(0.02 mg/L) +GA3(4 mg/L) was obtained by experiments.MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L) +NAA(0.05 mg/L) +GA3 (6 mg/L) was suitable for rapid propagation of the bud.The medium MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L) + NAA(0.1 mg/L) was the best for the root induction.
