摘要 为比较不同生态条件对烟叶腺毛分布密度的影响,为烤烟的区域化种植提供相关理论依据,在开阳县、威宁县和天柱县3地进行了换土植烟试验,在烟叶成熟时采用便携式数码显微镜对腺毛分布密度进行观测。结果表明,中海拔黄壤植烟烟叶腺毛平均分布密度以威宁试验点最高,天柱试验点次之,开阳试验点最低,其中开阳试验点的3个部位腺毛密度的差异最大,威宁试验点次之,天柱试验点最小;高海拔黄棕壤植烟烟叶腺毛平均分布密度差异不大,开阳试验点略高于威宁试验点;低海拔黄壤植烟烟叶腺毛平均分布密度差异较大,开阳试验点远大于天柱试验点。 The soil replacement test of planting flue-cured tobacco was conducted in Kaiyang,Weining and Tianzhu counties to study the effect of different ecological condition on trichome density of flue-cured tobacco and provide relative theoretical basis for regional cultivation of flue-cured tobacco.Results showed that the highest average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow soil from medium elevation was Weining site,followed by Tianzhu site and Kaiyang site and there was great difference in average leaf trichome density among three different positions in Kaiyang site.There was no obvious difference in average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow brown soil from high elevation among three sites and the average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco in Kaiyang site was slightly higher than that in Weining site.There was obvious difference in average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco planted on the yellow soil from low elevation among three sites and the average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco in Kaiyang site was obviously higher than that in Tianzhu site.
