摘要 半导体封装测试生产线是目前世界上公认的最复杂的制造系统,但是关键站点CAM的设备利用率限制了产量最大化。分析了影响设备利用率的两大因素,从平衡设备负载和降低设备菜单更改率出发,提出了基于派工和调度策略的RTD系统解决方案,提高了设备利用率,使多产品混合生产环境下的产能得到进一步提升。 Semiconductor ATM(assembly and test manufacturing) is regarded as the most complicated manufacturing system throughout world-wide.However,the limitation of machine utilization of critical module CAM(Chip Attach Module) constrains production line capacity maximization.With analysis of impact fact: machine loading balance and recipe change rate reduction,this paper introduces a rule-based RTD system solution,which improves machine utilization and enlarge capacity under mixed-products manufacturing environment.
